Kyle - the patriarch, is a 1994 graduate of the University of Georgia with an engineering management degree. Kyle began his ag career at Pless Peanut Company working alongside his father. After expanding with the purchase of a shelling plant, and row crop operation, Kyle began growing watermelons. From there Sod was the perfect complement to round out our family’s farm, while providing Pless Farm’s customers with quality products and the experience to back it up.
Jennifer, Kyle’s wife, is also a University of Georgia graduate with a merchandising/marketing degree and art minor. Jennifer has been hands on in the family business the entire time, wearing many hats.
Baylor, Kyle and Jennifer’s son, not only has farming in his genes, it’s in his heart. With a passion for the outdoors, and the love of growing crops, he is the perfect addition to round out our operation.
Ava, Kyle and Jennifer’s daughter, is in school at ABAC, and will soon have a degree in horticulture. Ava enjoys floral arrangements, her greenhouse and all things plants.
